Bookmarks are a quick and easy way to save and share links to assets in VividCharts. Bookmarks have their own dedicated collection. It can be found by navigating to the 'Collections' tab on the home page, then navigating to the collection named 'Your Bookmarks'.

Clicking on the “Your Bookmarks” collection will open the list of bookmarks you have created.

Just like many assets in VividCharts, clicking the ellipses on the right-hand side of the Bookmark record will allow you Edit, Share, Add Tags,favorite, and Delete your bookmark.

Bookmarks can be created from most assets in VividCharts such as slide decks, dashboards, Scaled Report Summaries, and even down to specific Scaled Report records.

To create a bookmark, look for the ellipses in the upper right corner of the page while viewing a report. Clicking will open a menu and simply select “Bookmark” to create your new bookmark. After clicking you will be prompted to choose a name and clicking OK will save your new bookmark to your Bookmarks collection.

If you are creating a bookmark from a Scaled Report or a report with filters, the bookmark will save the applied filter allowing you to share pre-filtered reports and Scaled Reports via a URL link.
