Bookmarks a quick and easy way to save and share links to assets in VividCharts. They can be found on the VividCharts home page right next to your Collections.

Clicking on the “Your Bookmarks” collection will open the list of bookmarks you have created.

Just like many assets in VividCharts, clicking the ellipses on the right-hand side of the Bookmark record will allow you Edit, Share, Add Tags, and Delete your bookmark.

Bookmarks can be created from most assets in VividCharts such as Views, Summaries, and even down to specific summary records.

To create a bookmark, look for the ellipses in the upper right corner of the page. Clicking will open a menu and simply select “Bookmark” to create your new bookmark. After clicking you will be prompted to choose a name and clicking OK will save your new bookmark to your Bookmarks collection.

If you are creating a bookmark from a Summary or a View with filters, if there is a filter active, the bookmark will save the applied filter allowing you to share pre-filtered Views and Summaries via a URL link.
