Step 1: From the Viewer, click the 3 dot ellipsis in the upper right corner. From the dropdown menu, choose Download.

Step 2: Select format: Standard PDF or PowerPoint PPTX

Step 3: Click the DOWNLOAD button.

Step 4: Depending on the size of your View and speed of your instance, this process may take some time. Keep ServiceNow active by opening a new ServiceNow tab to make sure you stay logged in.

Step 5: Your download is complete!
