Generate Scaled Reports - From Day 1 to Done

Steps to get from day 1 to done

  1. Gather materials

    • Be sure you have the VividCharts Admin and Builder roles

    • Gather any manually created reports that we will use to create a blueprint

    • Identify an example record to use as a reference while building

  2. Build your Scaled Report Blueprint

    • Get a head start with a VividCharts Template or start from scratch

  3. Configure Your Scaled Report Settings and generate your reports

  4. Set up filters to make it easy for users to find their reports

  5. Share View or Edit access to users, groups, or roles that need it

  6. Define the workflow:

    • Set up related links

    • Set up automated notifications - Contact VividCharts to help set these up to meet your exact needs

  7. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  8. Train your organization to use the VividCharts reports

  9. Go live!
