Once you've generated your Scaled Reports, it's time to share access with the users who need to interact with the reports. To do that, navigate to "Scaled Reports" from the VividCharts home page. Then select a specific Scaled Report. From there, click the ellipsis icon at the top right, then click "Share"

You can select to update both the View Access or the Edit Access in this modal. Simply select the Users, Groups, or Roles that you want to share this Summary with. Once you've updated the share settings, click the 'SHARE' button and this Summary will now be accessible to them.

You can also use the 'Share with all logged in users' toggle if you want anyone in your instance of ServiceNow to have access to this Summary.

It's easy to Copy the URL by clicking the copy icon to share with anyone you have just granted access to.

One last tip: By typing 'public' in 'Roles' any one with the direct URL will be able to have View access. Keep in mind, if SSO is enabled in your ServiceNow instance, this may effect this experience. If you have any questions, ask us in the chat! We'd love to help.
