In the 1.8.0 release of VividCharts, we’ve updated the definition of Summaries and the workflow used to create, edit, view, and manage them.
First, let’s discuss the language change. In previous versions what were called “Summaries” will now be called “Scaled Reports” in 1.8 and later. This language was changed to more accurately describe the mechanism and the output.
For customers (builders specifically) who were used to having a hub (and distinct page) for each particular process area, you can now find any of your Scaled Reports by navigating to ‘Scaled Reports’ in the left navigation bar. This will show you all of your Scaled Reports in one place, instead of having to navigate to a different page depending on the process area.
For those without the builder or admin role in VividCharts, the Scaled Report link will not appear in the side navigation. Scaled reports will appear in the list in the "Shared with Me" tab. This is to prevent viewers from seeing scaled reports that don't apply to them.
