In the 1.8.0 release of VividCharts, we’ve updated the definition of Summaries and the workflow used to create, edit, view, and manage them.

First, let’s discuss the language change. In previous versions what were called “Summaries” will now be called “Scaled Reports” in 1.8 and later. This language was changed to more accurately describe the mechanism and the output.

For customers who were used to having a hub (and distinct page) for each particular process area, you can now find any of your Scaled Reports by navigating to ‘Scaled Reports’ in the top navigation bar. This will show you all of your Scaled Reports in one place, instead of having to navigate to a different page depending on the process area. The process area will be noted in the third column on the All Scaled Reports page.
