Saving bookmarks is a great practice to make finding reports easier, especially if you need to reference reports frequently. Bookmarks also capture filters applied on a Scaled Report to make things even easier. You can also create a bookmark for a Set of reports.
To create a unique URL for a filtered group of records or a Set:
Step 1: Navigate to a Scaled Report Summary. In this example, we are using the Project Status process area.
Step 2: Filter the list of records using the FILTERS button.
Step 3: Click the breadcrumb icon in the upper right corner, then choose Bookmark.
Step 4: Give your bookmark a relevant title, then click BOOKMARK to save.
Step 5: Notice the pop-up message confirming that your Bookmark was successfully created.
Step 6: Navigate to the VividCharts homepage to access the collection titled "Your Bookmarks"
Step 7: Here you will find a list of Bookmarks that you have created. Locate the bookmark that you just created and click the link icon to open the Bookmark.
Once opened, you will find a unique URL that can be shared to anyone that has View access to the Scaled Report.
