Advanced Search and How to Use

To quickly search for a Collection, View, Summary, or Link start by typing your search terms into the search bar in the upper right corner. A list of assets that have your search term anywhere in the title will appear along with an icon that designates what type of item it is.

Note: Search terms are not case sensitive.

What if you only want to see Views and not Collections? Or you would prefer to search for terms inside of a description instead of the title? That is when Advanced Search comes in handy. When you click on ADVANCED SEARCH you will be shown the following menu:

From here you can more precisely narrow down your search. For example, if you would prefer to search for only Collections that have the term “test” inside of the description instead of the title you would fill out the search fields like this:

After clicking the search button, you will be presented with a list of assets that match your search query. You can also search for Views, search by tags, and search for only items that you have edit permissions with.
