Refreshing all MSP Reports in Summary List View
You must have the x_vivid_vc_core.refresher and the x_vivid_vc_core.builder roles and edit access to the summary
Open your Summary list view without any filters applied.
Then click on the ‘Refresh’ button in the upper right corner
All of your Reports will now reflect your most recent data, whether viewed from a summary view or from a Related Link
Refreshing Filtered MSP Reports in Summary List View
You must have the x_vivid_vc_core.refresher role and view access to the summary
Open your Summary list view and add a filter to the summary list by clicking filters in the menu bar, selecting your filters and clicking run on the filters panel.
After clicking “Run” on the filter, click on the ‘Refresh’ button in the upper right corner
Your filtered list of Records will now reflect your most recent data, whether viewed from a summary view or from a Related Link
Refreshing MSP Reports in a Summary Set
You must have the x_vivid_vc_core.refresher and view access to the summary
From your filtered list of records click each record you’d like to add to your set or click on ‘Select All’ in the upper left corner
Then click on ‘Create Set’
Choose a name for your set and click ‘Save’
Then click on the ‘Refresh’ button in the upper right corner
If set is already created , click the dropdown and select set that you want to refresh and then click the refresh button in the upper right hand corner.
All of your Reports will now reflect your most recent data, whether viewed from a summary view or from a Related Link
Refreshing single MSP Report in Summary List View
Refresh a single MSP report by clicking on the the View icon next to the MSP report you are interested in refreshing.
This will open up a new tab with that MSP report in the Viewer
From here, if you have view access to the summary and also have the x_vivid_vc_core.refresher role, you can click on the ‘Refresh’ icon in the upper right corner to refresh the data for that MSP report.
