Creating a MSP Report Summary

  • From the VividCharts homepage, click the Apps dropdown in the upper left corner, then select the Managed Service Provider Hub. Once on the Managed Service Provider Hub page, click the Summary Builder button in the upper right corner.

  • Next click the configure button. Then chose the desired process area, which for the example will be MSP. Click the arrow to advance.

  • Chose the desired MSP Master Template then click the arrow to advance.

  • Chose the desired card display then click the arrow to advance.

  • If desired, choose which conditions you would like to pre-filter the summary by.

  • Chose the data refresh frequency for the summary. The On-Demand refresh means that the data is only refreshed when a user executes the refresh action manually on the summary or the generated summary view. The Daily refresh means the data is refreshed daily whenever the daily job is scheduled.

  • Additionally, filters can be placed on a summary from the summary page, by clicking the Filters button in the upper right corner, and then creating your filters.

  • A summary can also be added to a collection from the summary page by clicking the 3 dot ellipsis in the upper right corner, and then selected the desired collection that you wish to add the summary to. Click update.
