Transferring ownership of a VividCharts report will only require the VividCharts Builder role. These steps apply to both slide decks and scaled reports. To transfer ownership of a scaled report you will need to complete these steps for the slide deck attached to the scaled report blueprint and the scaled report as well.
Transferring Reports
Create a new collection to store the transferred views.
Navigate to ServiceNow and go to the x_vivid_vc_core_views table.
Search for the view you would like to transfer.
In the Creator column, change the creator from the old user to yourself.
Navigate back to the VividCharts application and search for the report in the search bar in the top right corner of the application.
Add the view to the new collection we created in step 1.
You should now have view and edit access to the view and if you are a VividCharts Admin you can also update the template attached to the view if there is one. Repeat steps 2-6 for each view you would like to transfer.
