A Program Level Project Status Map is a visual representation that displays the current status and progress of individual projects within a specific program. A Program Level Project Status Map serves as a communication and decision-making tool for program managers, stakeholders, and team members. It enables them to quickly assess the overall health of the program, identify potential areas of concern or bottlenecks, allocate resources effectively, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure that the program objectives are met within the specified timeframes and budgets.

Let's look at the Data and Chart options for the Program Level Project Status Map example above. A Program Level Project Status Map is looking at the projects within a specific program, therefore the Data options will default to the Project - pm_project table.

Conditions: Setting conditions allows you to query the table you are building the chart off of.

Order by: Determines how the Program Level Project Status Map is populated. This is example is ordering by State - state. Order by can be set to Priority, Active, and Project Manager among other options.

Limit: Determines the amount of entries on the Program Level Project Status Map.
