A Multi Change Process Flow Map refers to a comprehensive visual representation that depicts the flow of multiple change processes within an organization. This type of chart provides an overview of the various change management processes occurring simultaneously or across different departments or projects. By providing a comprehensive overview of multiple change management processes, a Multi Change Process Flow Map helps understand the interdependencies, resource allocations, and timelines associated with various change initiatives within the organization. This facilitates coordination, collaboration, and effective decision-making across different departments or projects.

The Multi Change Process Flow Map example below is looking at all active change requests and then grouping them together based on the State of the change request. The majority of the change requests are in the New state with 24, and the Authorize state with 61.

Let's look at the Data and Chart options for this Multi Change Process Flow Map. This chart deals with Changes, therefore it will default and utilize the Change Request - change_request table.

Conditions: Setting conditions allows you to query the table you are building the chart off of. For this example the chart is only showing Active Change request, therefore the conditions are set to Active - active is true.
