A Change Risk Chart is a visual representation used in change management to assess and manage the risks associated with implementing changes within an organization. It provides a structured way to identify, analyze, and prioritize potential risks related to changes, helping stakeholders understand the likelihood and impact of various risks and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.

This example is for a change with a Moderate Risk level.

Let's look at the Data and Chart options for this Change Risk Chart example. A Change Risk Chart is showing data for changes, so therefore will default to the table that stores the Change Risk data which is the Change Request - change_request table.

Conditions: Setting conditions allows you to query the table you are building the chart off of.

Record: Click the dropdown for the Record input and simply select the Change record that you want the Change Risk Chart to show the Change Risk for.
