VividCharts can refresh data in two different ways on a report.

Daily - A scheduled job that runs daily

On-demand - Data refresh can be triggered manually by a user with the appropriate roles and access.

To change the frequency of data refresh on a view through the editor click on Refresh Frequency menu item.

From the dropdown menu choose your refresh option.

*Note that refresh capabilities will not be available on Snapshot Reports.
