This chart type will show you what state multiple change request records are in compared with the states that come before and after it. Like the single process flow map it reads from the state field on the change_request table.

You should use the Single version of this chart when you are interested in showing data for an individual change request and you should use the Multi version of this chart when you are interested in showing an aggregate of multiple change requests. For example, to show the state of all requests that were created this year, you would use the Multi version.
