Step 1:

Click 'Apps' on the top navigation bar. Click 'Managed Service Provider Hub'

Step 2:

Click 'SUMMARY BUILDER'

Step 3:

Click 'Configure'

Step 4:

Confirm the correct process area is selected: 'MSP'. Then click the arrow to continue.

Step 5:

Select the template you wish to use for your Summary. Then click the arrow to continue.

Step 6:

Choose your preferred card template. Click the "eye" icon to preview the card style. Then click the arrow to continue.

Step 7:

Add pre-filter conditions to narrow in on the list of companies in this Summary. Click 'SAVE'.

Step 8(Version 1.5 and later):

Select the frequency of when you would like your summary data to be refreshed. The VividCharts refresher role, Edit access to the Summary, and you must be logged into ServiceNow to refresh your summary data on-demand.

Step 9: The Summary was successfully created. Allow time for the Summary to compile. You can either wait, or leave this page and return later.

Step 10:

Select “Customize”

Edit the styling options. In the below example, we have updated the Title, Font size, made the Title Bold, and updated the Text color. Once finished, click 'SAVE'.

Step 11:

Click the 3 dots ellipsis to Share, Download, Bookmark, or Move to a Collection.
