RIDAC Chart

The RIDAC chart type will display Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions and Changes that roll up under a particular project for which the Project Status report is being displayed. Each RIDAC item can be configured with individual conditions for each item.

Configuration:

  • Data

    • Source

      • Table

    • Table

      • pm_project

  • Chart Options

    • Record

      • This determines which project record will populate the chart in the template, but has no bearing on the information displayed on the Views generated within the Summary as a View will be generated for each project record that falls within the Summary pre-filter.

    • Risk Conditions

      • Determines risk specific conditions on what risks are added to the risk count. The project does not need to be referenced here as it is determined by the Record field specified above

      • Risks pull from the ‘risk’ table.

    • Issue Conditions

      • Determines issue specific conditions on what issues are added to the issue count. The project does not need to be referenced here as it is determined by the Record field specified above

      • Issues pull from the ‘issue’ table

    • Decision Conditions

      • Determines decision specific conditions on what decisions are added to the decision count. The project does not need to be referenced here as it is determined by the Record field specified above

      • Decisions pull from the ‘dmn_decision’ table

    • Action Conditions

      • Determines action specific conditions on what actions are added to the action count. The project does not need to be referenced here as it is deterring by the Record field specified above

      • Actions pull from the ‘project_action’ table

    • Change Conditions

      • Determines change specific conditions on what changes are added to the change count. The project does not need to be referenced here as it is deterring by the Record field specified above

      • Changes are pulled from the ‘project_change_request’ table

  • Click Through

    • Clicking on the RIDAC counts will take the user to the ServiceNow list view of the RIDAC item clicked. If the desired effect is to take the user to another web address, this field can be updated to accomplish this.

  • Make Clickable

    • Toggle this selection to determine whether the Status Map is clickable

  • Styles

    • The visual aspects of the RIDAC chart type can be configured using styling options through the View editor. When opening the style options for the RIDAC chart type, the chart specific options are:

      • Value Labels

        • This determines the shape of the values, the size of each value, font, and color of the value within the shape.
