Steps to take to upgrade the VividCharts Data Engagement plugin as a ServiceNow Admin.
Step 1:
In the ServiceNow navigator, type 'Plugins'. Select.
Step 2:
In the search bar, type 'data engagement'
Step 3:
On the right hand side, click update.
The most recent version of the plugin can be confirmed by visiting the ServiceNow Store or the VividCharts Changelog.
