Step 1:

In the ServiceNow navigator, type 'Plugins'. Select.

Step 2:

In the search bar, type 'VividCharts'

Step 3:

Choose the 'Updates' tab, find VividCharts and click into the card

Step 4:

Select the 'Proceed to Update' button on the right hand side. You can verify the lates version of VividCharts under the Version Details section on the left side of the page:

The most recent version of the plugin can be confirmed by visiting the ServiceNow Store
