Summary

The SLA Table chart makes it easy to report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and SLA definitions. It provides a clear breakdown of achieved vs. breached SLAs, with visual indicators (colors, thresholds, and percentages) to quickly show performance against SLA targets.

Capabilities

  • Display SLA performance trends over time, grouped by SLA definition or other fields.

  • Show achieved vs. total values, broken down by month or your choice of timed buckets

  • Apply first and second conditions to filter SLA data for achieved counts and total counts.

  • Configure whether to use start time, stop time, or created date for SLA records.

  • Set thresholds (e.g., 90%) to measure SLA compliance.

  • Customize colors, labels, and headers to match your reporting needs.

  • Optionally display or hide achieved counts, totals, or percentages.

  • Support for overriding long or unclear SLA labels with your own.

Benefits

  • Simplifies SLA reporting – no need to manually build multiple queries or tables.

  • Quickly identify breaches with color-coded visuals (e.g., red for below threshold, green for meeting targets).

  • Flexible filtering allows you to compare breached vs. non-breached SLA data in one table.

  • Improved clarity with customizable thresholds and percentage calculations.

  • Better communication by tailoring labels and styling for different audiences.

  • Saves time by consolidating SLA reporting into a single, configurable chart.
