Summary

The "Apply to All Charts of the Same Type" feature allows users to instantly apply a selected style from one chart to all other charts of the same type within a report. This streamlines design consistency and significantly reduces manual styling work.

Feature Capabilities

  • Modify the style of one chart (e.g., title placement, font size, background, borders).

  • Apply those changes to all charts of the same type in the report.

  • Works independently of global themes β€” affects only the selected chart type.

  • Overwrites existing styles on charts of that type, ensuring uniform appearance.

Benefits

  • Saves Time: Avoid manually updating each chart one by one.

  • Ensures Consistency: Keeps similar chart types visually aligned across your report.

  • Flexible Control: Apply styles only to charts of the same type without affecting others.

  • Streamlines Workflow: Ideal for reports with multiple identical chart types (e.g., score charts).

Example Use Case:
You styled one score chart with a gray background, bottom-aligned title, and a dark border. With one click, you can apply that same style to all score charts in your report β€” no need to repeat the process for each one.

Note:
When you choose to apply styles to all charts of the same type, any existing styles on those charts will be overwritten.
